General Admission Guidelines
We maintain an open admissions policy, enrolling students in all classes where vacancies exist, ensuring accessibility to our educational programs.
Our admission process is characterized by transparency and a merit-based approach, guaranteeing equal opportunities for every applicant, fostering a fair and competitive environment.
For our Pre-Primary classes, encompassing Nursery, LKG, and UKG, the admission process involves comprehensive observation sessions of the children, along with insightful interactions with their parents or guardians, to assess their developmental readiness.
For students applying to higher grades, admission decisions are contingent upon the availability of seats and, where applicable, the candidate's performance in an entrance test, designed to evaluate their academic capabilities and potential.
Age Criteria
The minimum age requirement for admission into our Nursery program is three years, precisely calculated as of March 1st of the academic year in which the admission is being sought.
For all classes beyond Nursery, the established minimum age criteria will increase progressively, ensuring that all students meet the necessary developmental benchmarks as outlined in our school's comprehensive admission guidelines.
Please be advised that the age requirements are strictly adhered to, and regrettably, no exceptions will be made to these policies, ensuring fairness and consistency in our admission processes.

To ensure a smooth and efficient admission process, please be prepared to submit the following essential documents at the time of registration. These documents are required for all applicants, and incomplete submissions may result in delays or denial of admission.
Birth Certificate: This document is mandatory for all students, particularly those applying for Nursery and other entry-level programs, serving as primary
proof of age and identity.
Previous School Transfer Certificate (TC): For students applying to classes beyond the entry levels, a Transfer Certificate from your previous educational institution is required. This document facilitates the verification of your academic history and ensures a seamless transition into our school system.
Report Card from the Previous School: If available and applicable to the class you are applying to, please submit the report card from your previous school. This provides valuable insights into your academic performance and helps us understand your strengths and areas for potential development.
Passport-size Photographs of the Student: Provide recent passport-size photographs of the student. These will be used for identification purposes and for creating the student's official records within the school.
Aadhaar Card: While not mandatory, providing a copy of the student's Aadhaar Card is highly recommended. This can streamline the identification process and facilitate access to government-related services and programs, if applicable.
Any Other Documents Required as per Uttarakhand Board Guidelines: We adhere strictly to the regulations and guidelines set forth by the Uttarakhand Board of Education. Therefore, it is essential to submit any additional documents or forms that may be specifically mandated by the board for admission purposes. Please check with the school office for any updates or specific requirements.
Admission Process
Registration: Parents/guardians must collect and submit the admission form at the school office within the specified time.
Assessment & Interaction:
For Pre-Primary, an observation session and parental interaction will be conducted.
For higher classes, an entrance test (if required) may be conducted to assess the student's readiness.
Final Admission Approval: Selected students will be notified, and parents must complete the admission formalities, including fee payment, within the given deadline.
