Admission And Fee Payments

Holy Trinity Senior Secondary School warmly welcomes students for enrollment across a range of grades, specifically from Nursery all the way through to Class IX, encompassing students aged 3 and above up to 15 years old, and also to Class XI, catering to students who are 17 years of age and older. Our admissions process commences each year in December, and the selection of students is meticulously carried out through a combination of interviews and entrance examinations, ensuring we choose the most promising candidates. The new academic year officially begins each year in the month of April, marking the start of a fresh journey of learning and growth for our students.

To initiate the application process, parents or guardians are required to carefully complete the Registration-cum-Admission Form, ensuring all necessary details are accurately provided. This form must be submitted, accompanied by the requisite fees, to formally apply for admission. We strongly recommend early registration, as preference will be given to those who register and meet the qualification criteria at an earlier stage. It's important to note that a valid proof of age is an essential requirement for admission, as the decision-making process considers a variety of school-specific factors to ensure the best fit for our educational environment.

For students who are transferring from other educational institutions, it is mandatory to provide both Transfer Certificates and Progress Reports as part of the admission process. Additionally, all new pupils are required to present their original Birth Certificate for verification purposes, and they must also provide the school with a copy of this important document.

Regarding the payment of school fees, we offer a variety of convenient and secure methods. These include Online Payment, Cash, Cheque, or Demand Draft (DD), allowing parents and guardians to choose the option that best suits their needs.
